A snowy Saturday morning

It was my parents' 39th wedding anniversary.

The whole family decided to go to a nice restaurant.

We found an Italian restaurant located in Seocheon-dong, Giheung-gu,

and decided to visit.

It's a restaurant located in the Seocheon Cafe Street in Giheung.

We made a reservation in advance

and asked for a baby chair for my niece.

Since a total of 7 family members were going to go,

we told them the menu in advance.

As soon as we entered,

a large chandelier and a Christmas tree welcomed us.

Through the large windows that looked out onto the street,

we saw the snow that had fallen white,

and it felt like Christmas.

On the other side,

there was a big Rudolph,

and my 3-year-old niece and elementary school child loved it very much.🦌

The menu we ordered was

Mushroom Salad

Ricotta Cheese Salad

Truffle Cream Potato Gnocchi

White Ragù Pasta

Ricotta Amatriciana Pasta

Spicy Shrimp Rosé Pasta

Spinach Scallop Risotto

Kimchi Galbi Risotto

We ordered it in advance like this.

When we arrived and got settled,

the dishes we had prepared came out.

Two salads came out first.

I was surprised at how much salad there was.

The mushroom salad, which was full of grilled mushrooms,

was something I enjoyed very much because I have a hard time eating cold salads.

The ricotta salad was sweet and sour,

and was a big hit with the kids.

After the bread like garlic bread came out,

the main dishes started coming out one after another.

I was busy serving the kids and cooling down the food,

so I couldn't take pictures of everything. ㅠ

To please my parents, who love Korean food,

we ordered the Kimchi Galbi Risotto.

I didn't know the short ribs would be so big.

The flavors of kimchi and cream blended harmoniously,

and the sweet short ribs were easy to cut up for the kids.

The Spinach Scallop Risotto is sold in limited quantities.

The color is so pretty😍.

It wasn't spicy, so it was perfect for my 3-year-old niece and elementary school child.

The plump scallops were chewy and had a great texture.

Another menu I chose for the kids is

White Ragù Pasta.

I've had tomato ragù at home, but

this was my first time having white ragù.

The creamy base and rich meat flavor

were a hit with kids and adults alike.

It's the kind of flavor that makes you want to lick the cream off the plate 🙂.

Other than that,

Acme's popular menu item,

Truffle Cream Potato Gnocchi, is limited to 20 a day.

You can only order one plate per table.

We ordered one plate as well.

Everyone in my family was curious about gnocchi because it was their first time trying it.

The chewy texture of the round gnocchi

was very fun and delicious.

The luxurious truffle aroma with a hint of spiciness

made it a non-greasy dish.

The spicy shrimp rosé was also very well paired with the plump shrimp

and the thick rosé sauce.

The spiciness of the ricotta amatriciana

went well with the other dishes we ordered

and helped balance out the richness.

I thought it would be a small portion for a regular Italian restaurant.

That's why we ordered 6 main dishes,

but our family, who are big eaters,

were able to eat until we were full.

The portions were about 1.5 times larger, so we were able to eat a hearty meal. 👍

The inside of the restaurant was very cozy,

quite spacious, and had a high ceiling, so it wasn't stuffy.

It's the best restaurant for an atmospheric dinner

for anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

The menu we mentioned in advance

was prepared on time, so

we could eat a warm meal without waiting.

My parents, who were celebrating their anniversary,

were very satisfied.😍

The location is

close to Yeongtong/Mangpo,

and there's parking next to the building, so it was convenient.

It was too snowy and cold to walk around the cafe street, so I was disappointed.

But when the weather warms up,

after a delicious meal at Acme,

a walk around the cafe street

would be a nice date course.💑
