Hello? I'm going to write my first post through durumis.
Although it's in the BETA service state, I hope this service will be successful and benefit both content creators and content deliverers.
As the title suggests, I develop automated programs to enhance productivity.
I've been developing business systems in the logistics field for a long time, and I'm still doing it. My main job is to solve customer needs, and for the past 5-6 years, I've been involved in a lot of RPA-related work, and recently, AI-related work. RPA has been around for a long time, so I think its effectiveness has been verified. I used to think that it was a job where I didn't get good feedback even after solving customer needs for a long time. Because I was hired with money, and customers thought that resolving system issues was basic. But when I introduced RPA, I often received feedback like "Thank you" for helping customers with their work and even eliminating the need for certain tasks. In a broader sense, solving customer needs hasn't changed. What has changed is whether I've gone beyond simply listening to customer needs and solving them to a point where they no longer need to see those issues.
Everyone has tasks that are simple, repetitive, and tiring. To progress further, it's crucial to leverage these tasks effectively. One way to leverage is by offloading your work to others. Providing internships or probationary periods reflects a similar perspective. However, continuously offloading tasks can lead to a sense of insecurity, a fear of losing your job as your own workload decreases. But it's important to remember that overcoming that fear and leveraging is essential for your own growth.
If you have someone who can handle your tasks, try offloading them immediately. Effective delegation is a challenging skill, so gaining experience in this area is important. Most companies have limited human resources, making it difficult to find someone to delegate to. Hiring someone to take over your work also requires a valid reason. So, should you simply continue doing it yourself like you are now? Instead, I recommend considering automated programs. Imagine casually instructing someone to perform your tasks and reviewing the results. In that imagination, just replace that person with a program. It might be more appropriate to think of it as a robotic assistant often depicted in movies.
Your own robot assistant!
Below is the content I wrote on a platform where I sell my skills.
I handle a lot of IT-related tasks in my work life and hobbies. I discuss everything related to improving the productivity of these tasks and create programs. Applying the program outputs will give you a feel for it. It's like employing your own robotic assistant. Leverage your life with a low cost.
